Complaints Policy

Please telephone 731421. For non-urgent visits it is helpful if you can phone before 10.30am so that the doctor can visit after morning surgery.
Out-of-hours service, please telephone the Jersey Doctors On Call service on 445445, where you can attend the clinic at clinic times or have a home visit.

Requests for repeat prescriptions may be made over the phone unless you are due to be seen.
Please give full details, and allow 48 hours notice. A small charge will be made.

Disabled Access

We are based in a purpose-built premises in the Lido Medical Centre, Hotel de France.
The centre has its own dedicated parking spaces and is conveniently situated for access from within or out of town.
Access from the car park is via a lift or stairs and a ramp provides easy access from the street.
A pharmacy is situated within the medical centre.
