About Me
I am originally from Belfast and moved to Scotland to study Medicine at the University of Aberdeen. I worked in Inverness and Aberdeen before moving to the West of Scotland to undertake my GP training. After finishing my training I worked on the Isles of Mull and Iona before taking up a job on the Isle of Islay. I then returned from Islay where I worked as a GP Principal in Kilcreggan for 6 years. Whilst working in Kilcreggan I continued to work in the Accident and Emergency in Dunoon.
I am trained to undertake joint injections and until leaving Scotland in the summer I was also an Honorary Senior Lecturer for the University of Glasgow.
I am delighted to have joined the practice and have moved with my wife and our 2 children.
